NuBuro Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise indicated, NuBuro offers free shipping to all metropolitan and most rural areas within Canada.

In certain situations, additional charges may apply. These include, but are not limited to, deliveries up a flight of stairs or deliveries with difficult accessibility. Customers are responsible for shipping surcharges resulting from their own errors, such as providing an incorrect address. Weekend or evening deliveries may also be subject to additional charges.

Most carriers will attempt delivery once. If the customer is not present to receive the delivery, they may be required to pick up the order from the carrier’s distribution centre at their own expense.

For customers in rural areas where standard delivery is not available, NuBuro will contact you with a competitive freight quote.
