Very comfortable chair! I was looking for one that had a bit more padding on the cushion and this one delivered! The only downside is that the armrests are too loose and any sort of pressure on them makes them move. Also, I wasn't expecting the backrest to move back so much and so easily. Aside from that, solid chair

Hi JW, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're happy to hear you're enjoying the comfort and extra cushioning of the chair. Regarding the backrest, it sounds like the tension may be set a little too loose. The chair includes a tension adjustment that allows you to control how easily the backrest reclines. We'd be happy to walk you through adjusting it to better suit your preference. Please feel free to reach out to us at info@nuburo.ca, and a member of our team will be happy to assist.
