NuBuro Return Policy

NuBuro Returns

We want you to love your workspace. We want you to love NuBuro.

If something isn’t the right fit, most items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return:

• The item must be sent back in its original packaging, including all original packaging materials
• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

All returns must be authorized by a NuBuro customer service representative prior to being sent back.

Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. NuBuro will arrange for our carrier to pick up the item, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team at our distribution center, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original method of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if there was an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. In these cases, NuBuro will cover return shipping costs and provide a full resolution at no expense to the customer.
