Amazing super comfortable I love how adjustable it is, I can sit for hours without back pain, the cushion is so comfortable, and I love the reclining option.

If you move a lot like I do the lumbar support tend to fall, that's the only downside I could see.

Chair is super comfy, good quality and much easier on my body for long days on the computer. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it was surprisingly tough to get the wheels on. The rest of the assembly was fine, but it does require some strength and ingenuity for a not-so-strong person to get the wheels on.

Outstanding customer service, fast shipping and a great product. Received immediate answers to my pre-purchase questions even outside of business hours. The chair arrived within a few days. Unfortunately there was some minor damage from shipping, which they resolved by delivering a replacement piece directly to my house the next morning. The Aria chair is super comfortable, adjustable and looks great.
